A1 - Boehme/Goff: Valentines Day: If students bring a valentine for one in the class, they bring for all. 2/12.
"Be a Team Player - Read" Jazz Reading Program now through February 16. Write minutes and book daily on reading form. Turn in each Friday.
Math: 7-8 due 2/9. After school tutoring starts on 2/9.

Keyboarding: Do Edutyping to improve your technique, speed, and accuracy in typing. This will be graded this term with a state Keyboarding Test the first week of February. Have 28 wpm or higher for an A.

- Grammar: DOL Sentences #1-4. Due: 2/9.
- Math: No assignment. (Completed 7-7 in class.)
- Social Studies: Atlas #15. Due: February 9.

- Language Arts: Online Essay: "A Great Weekend Place."Due: Monday, Feb.15, midnight.

Spelling: Elk Meadows Spelling Bee is February 25th. Please study the list of words send home today to be ready for our class Spelling Bee (week of Feb 16-19) and then a chance to participate in the Elk Meadows Spelling Bee on the 25th.
Poem: "Sick" by Shel Silverstein will be our next memorized poem. You are welcome to look it up in his book "Where the Sidewalk Ends" and get started memorizing it. A copy will be provided when we return in February. It will be due Feb. 24th.
