Science: ***Extra Credit. The Salt Lake Astronomical Society is hosting free public star parties this month. They are Friday, August 7, at Wheeler Farm from dusk to 11 p.m., and Friday, August 21, at Harmon's at 7800 S 700 E from dusk to 11 p.m. There is also a Sun Party on Saturday, August 29, at Winchester Park on 6400 S 1100 W from 9 a.m. to noon. Attend one of these Star Parties and write a 5-7 sentence paragraph about what you learned. Due: August 31.
